RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

As all products are made to order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind.

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, standard delivery costs are refundable if an order is returned within the 14-day return period, in accordance with consumer law.

For international orders (outside the UK and EU), original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not refund any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid on international orders.

We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
