SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide.

All products are made to order and processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, standard delivery costs are refundable if an order is returned within the 14-day return period, in accordance with consumer law. Any upgraded or express shipping options are non-refundable.

For international orders (outside the UK and EU), shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
